We invite you to participate in our inaugural in person AND virtual class at Haven, titled "Understanding Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health," led by Jennifer Thumm, MA LPC.

We will explore Polyvagal Theory and the concept of "felt safety", "serve and return interactions and co-regulation strategies, methods for for responding to your child's intense emtions, and the importance of building a supportive village.
