The "Shared Ground" Intensive: Family & Relationship Repair

The "Shared Ground" Intensive: Family & Relationship Repair

Talk therapy isn't working because you're stuck in the same arguments. When trust is broken, staring at each other in a clinic only creates more gridlock. Step onto the farm, where guided, cooperative physical work rebuilds communication from the ground up. Best for: High-conflict families recovering from a major rupture (infidelity, addiction recovery, estrangement). The Work: We use cooperative farm chores as a neutral mediator. You shift from "me vs. you" to "us vs the task."

The Somatic Reset: Trauma Recovery

The Somatic Reset: Trauma Recovery

Trauma doesn't just live in your memories; it is trapped in your nervous system. You cannot "think" your way out of fight-or-flight. Join us to use the natural rhythms of the farm and animal biofeedback to teach your body how to feel safe again. Best for: Individuals or couples dealing with PTSD, C-PTSD, or severe burnout. The Work: Minimal talk therapy; maximum somatic experiencing. We pair EMDR and clinical processing with animal biofeedback

The "Collaborative Pivot": Teen & Family Intervention

The "Collaborative Pivot": Teen & Family Intervention

You desperately want to help your teen, but punitive wilderness programs aren't the answer. Break the cycle of defiance and screen addiction through an ethical, deeply collaborative reset that rebuilds confidence without breaking your child's spirit. Best for: Families struggling with teen defiance, school refusal, or tech addiction. The Work: Phones are surrendered at the gate. Daily triggers are replaced with unavoidable, meaningful farm responsibilities.

"Early Roots": Infant & Toddler Mental Health

"Early Roots": Infant & Toddler Mental Health

Parenting a young child with developmental hurdles can feel incredibly isolating. Early intervention shouldn't feel clinical and sterile. Bring your child to the ultimate natural sensory playground for real-time attachment coaching. Best for: Parents with children ages 0-5 facing early developmental delays, or attachment hurdles. The Work: Infant "therapy" is actually about treating the relationship between parent and child. We utilize Haven Family Farms as a sensory and motor-skill playground.

Reclaiming Reality": Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Reclaiming Reality": Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Gaslighting doesn't just break your heart; it breaks your ability to trust your own mind. Step onto the farm, where animals don't lie, nature provides objective truth, and our team will help you break the trauma bond and rebuild your internal compass. Best for: Individuals recovering from a high-conflict, manipulative, or narcissistic relationship struggling with self-doubt and trauma bonds. The Work: An individual intensive focused purely on the survivor.

Sensory Harmony": Neurodivergence & Behavioral Support

Sensory Harmony": Neurodivergence & Behavioral Support

Sticker charts and standard behavioral therapies don’t work when a child's nervous system is overwhelmed. Parenting a neurodivergent child often leads to chronic meltdowns and family burnout. Step into a neurodiversity-affirming environment where we shift the focus from "fixing behavior" to supporting the nervous system. Best for: Families with children or teens navigating Autism, ADHD, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), or severe sensory processing differences.
