Haven

Haven offers a variety of outside of the box opportunities for you and your family. While we offer traditional clinical outpatient counseling and access to other counselors and coaches that we trust, we also are bringing to life new services to include: intensives, retreats, classes, workshops, and trainings. You will find a list of these current offerings on our events page.

Outpatient Clinical Counseling

Traditional clinical sessions that are an hour long in length. We provide highly trained, specialized, experienced, licensed therapists for this option. Inquire or schedule with our licensed therapists.

Counseling Intensives / Retreats by Area of Interest

These are 1-2 day events for families / small groups of up to 25 / event held at our farm location in Mercer, PA. They are organized by theme of the primary concerns and counseling situations Haven has experience with over the years. Themes will change from year to year, 2026 Events can be scheduled on our events page where schedules and cost per event are found in the details. Families coming in from out of town will be provided with a list of AirBnB / VRBO / hotel accommodations in the nearby area.

Individualized Intensives / Retreats

These are intensive counseling or retreats that are build around the needs of your family. We will do an intake session with you, and then schedule time to work with your family exclusively for 1-2 days at a time to go deeply into the trauma you have experienced and heal wounds that are difficult to get to in a traditional 1 hour a week counseling format. Intensives can be scheduled in our client portal.

Coaching

Haven has partnered with several coaches to share our space that have their own business model and are specialized in specific areas. You can find more information on these coaches here.

Webinars, Classes, Workshops, Groups

Haven will be working to provide psychoeducational resources for you that go along with the themes of our Intensives, as well as other resources.

Our existing group for kids and families will be returning on Saturday, February 7 from 10am - 12 pm and will continue to meet on the first Saturday of each month. We will be bringing you KidsRQ

Equipping Kids for Life as well as collaboration with Capable Kids to bring you TBRI interventions in 2026. During these groups while we build community and heal in community, you can inquire to join this group through our client portal or find more information on our events page.

Animal - Assisted and Experiential Therapy

Haven currently employs our very own dogs within some clinical sessions and will be expanding to equine and other animal assisted therapies in the near future.
