About the event

We invite you to participate in our inaugural virtual class at Haven, titled "Understanding Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health," led by Jennifer Thumm, MA LPC.

In Week 1, (October 9, 2025) we will explore Polyvagal Theory and the concept of "felt safety."

Week 2 (October 16, 2025) will focus on "serve and return" interactions and co-regulation strategies.

During Week 3 (October 23, 2025), we will address methods for responding to intense emotions.

Finally, Week 4 (October 30, 2025) will discuss the importance of building a supportive "village."
